Senior Manager - Technology umashankar@metaitechnologies.com Mr. Umashankar has over 10 years of experience in the software field and is the functional head of the IT department in META-i. He is a proven expert in System Analysis, Design and Programming. His key strength is in bridging business imperatives to technology solutions and strategy and his focus areas are Systems thinking, Organizational knowledge, problem identification, problem analyzing and solving. Umashankar is with META-i since 2003. As Systems Manager-Information Technology, he was responsible for movement of legacy systems to the current technologies and Automation of systems. Before joining META-i, Umashankar served with Delta Innovative systems; a network enabled Communication Services Company as a Senior Software Engineer. A Masters graduate in Business Administration (Project Management), he also is an Engineering Graduate in Computer Science apart from being a certified professional in Microsoft technologies.
