Mr. Shanmugam Nagarajan

Mr. Shanmugam Nagarajan is the co-founder and COO for 24/7 Customer, an IT enabled e-CRM center. Prior to that, he co-founded Business Evolution Incorporated (BEI), a Technology products company based in New Jersey, wherein he played an active role in the development and marketing of its products from the company's inception.

Nagarajan also held various technical and senior management positions for IT projects in the US, Europe, and India at companies such as Comsys Technical Services, Churchill Insurance Co. and Tata Consultancy Services. Nagarajan has a Master's Degree in Computer Applications from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, and a Professional Degree in Statistics from Loyola College, Chennai.
