Dr. Nagadevra has a PhD from IOWA State Univ. and M.Sc. (Agri. Economics) from UP Agri. Univ. Prof. Nagadevra has been teaching OR Methods for Agriculture, Project Management, Agricultural Resources Management, Computer Applications in Agriculture and related fields both at the Institute and as a Staff Economist with Centre for Agricultural and Rural Development, Iowa State University.
