Dr. Nagadevra has a PhD from IOWA State Univ. and M.Sc. (Agri. Economics) from UP Agri. Univ. Prof. Nagadevra has been teaching OR Methods for Agriculture, Project Management, Agricultural Resources Management, Computer Applications in Agriculture and related fields both at the Institute and as a Staff Economist with Centre for Agricultural and Rural Development, Iowa State University. Dr. Nagadevra, was involved in several training and consultancy projects like Water Use Efficiency in Nagarjuna Sagar Command area; Study of Advance Licensing System in Silk Import & Exports; Diagnostic Study for State Farms Corporation of India; Developing Networks for Upper Krishna Project; Implementation Plan for Karnataka Agricultural Project; Developing MIS for Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperation, Government of Bangladesh (UNDP); Evaluation of Minor Irrigation Schemes; Repayment of Performance of Borrowers in Karnataka; Evaluation of ITDP and LAMPS in Karnataka; Manpower Planning for Irrigated Agriculture in Madhya Pradesh; MIS for Tea Plantations; Training Programs on Computer Applications for Central silk Board; Computer-based Project Management; Management of Diary Industry.
